COMPANY BACKGROUND

Established investment bank is revising their front to back systems in Asia and is now seeking a mindful professional to take up the challenge to overseeing the entire change and process management entities of their IT infrastructure. Your: testing methodologies, QA, understanding of  treasury products, and documentation skills will be the key for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate pro-actively in the project weekly meetings & coordinate resources of back office users to perform User Acceptance Tests and parallel runs
  • Participate in the migration from old system to new system
  • Analyze the impacts of projects on the daily work of the back-office and address issues or concerns in the projects
  • Planning and organising both resources and training on new systems to impacted users
  • Review and write relevant procedures
  • Ensure the support of new systems to back-office users after release, by leading the change management and successful implementation of such systems
REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree in MIS, Business Management or similar
  • Between 5-8 years banking experience in system releases, process management preferable
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury products such as: FX/Money Market, Interest Rate, Derivatives is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English a must
  • Possess accounting knowledge is an advantage
