For the second year running, GX Research (Macgregor) was appointed by the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology - School of Business Management (SBM) to operate part of the JUPAS (Hong Kong Joint University Program Admission Systems).

The purpose of our participation is to provide expert judgment by interviewing and assessing student's communication abilities, in terms of language usage, thought of wisdom, creativity, and management-based initiatives.

Our objective is to provide a comprehensive benchmark for HKUST to set a solid foundation for screening and selecting a high standard of entry students (form 7 graduates), to be ready for submission into their School of Business Bachelor programs.

GX Research designed the interview approach and standardized the induction criteria, definition, and workflow for SBM, as well as providing a comprehensive interviewing strategy to define a sound assessment and approach inline with the JUPAS. The result reassures HKUST collected the most effective and efficient methodologies to select outstanding and appropriate entry students to go onto admission to HKUST BBA programs.

We are also providing the potential pre-entry students with a better idea about the JUPAS, the University background and the intake criteria, in a rather professional way that the world of business is looking for.

Part of our goal is to enrich students with forward thinking, and readiness to cope in this business world with an open mind and a dynamic attitude. GX Research strives to transfer practical knowledge to capable students who are analytic and business focused.
