RESPONSIBILITY
Work within the sales office to support business on change management initiatives
Define and drive business requirements as well as to carry out process reviews
Map front to back processes for new products or initiatives
Manage and support change management projects for the business
Provide guidance for product control and risk issues when arises
Document development requirements

REQUIREMENTS
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance or Information System is favorable
Proven experience in a business Analyst or PMO role in an Investment Banking environment will be highly regarded
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good working knowledge of equity derivatives and risk management systems preferred
Good understanding of deal processing through front office, risk control, middle office, back office and finance
Ability to re-engineer a process from initial problem analysis through to solution implementation
Excellent command of English is required
