1. Officer, Administration and Marketing

We are now seeking a dynamic professional to join our company. The successful candidate will provide a high quality administrative support and data management to the consultant team. You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills to succeed in this opportunity. We ensure a rewarding career and a fun environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily administrative support to the team
  • Database maintenance and data analysis/input
  • Recruitment and Human Resources handling and administration
  • Assist in marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Articles write up and business writing
  • Interact with clients and businesses and across cultures

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in any discipline
  • Possess 1 to 2 years of working experience in business administration or in a marketing role preferred
  • Excellent spoken English is essential, and knowledge of Mandarin is desirable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Solid organizational skills and take accountability for own actions
  • High levels of personal commitment
  • Immediately available or short notice preferred

2. Client Services Associate, Recruitment & Communications

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement full set of client services programme
  • Design marketing events, media press releases and promotional branding guides
  • Work closely with the team members to improve working capacity, effectiveness and service level
  • Manage relationships with clients, major vendors and business executives
  • Assist in all aspects of: business proposal, negotiation, service level and subsequent client services strategies.
  • Article publishing and research content management

Requirements:

  • Territory degree from a recognised University in Marketing, Business Communications or English Literature
  • Possess proven experience in handling major clients and able to communicate professionally at all levels
  • Excellent project/process management skill is highly regarded
  • Experience in business and/or media relations management is advantageous
  • Motivated individual with bright personality, eagerness to learn and committed to excellence.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word/Excel) and PowerPoint presentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English essential
  • A team player with strong analytical mind
